10-04-2000	The Service Schedule has been updated through April 2001. Added news items: New Transmission Process LiveHelper: Real-Time, On-Line Customer Service Email notification of new agency placements Student Loan Links Added NDSL and Perkins promissory notes to Forms section Added Health and Nursing regulations to Government Regulations section Corrected Fair Debt Collection Practices Act link Added LiveHelper page for borrower (more info) Placed notice about scheduled maintenance to the borrower section to both the Borrower and the Home pages. Removed many of the index pages from the Search Engine. This will make the results of a search more succinct and require the user to search through fewer documents to find relevant content. The old borrower account pages have been removed. These had been kept to ease the transition to the new Borrower section. Support for the prior versions was terminated 10/01/2000. Corrected bad page reference in News Item 32.

07-21-2000	Added Rehabilitation Procedure Documentation to the SAL for Windows Helpdesk section. Corrected a bug in the Search Engine that prevented borrowers from find pages relating to the My Account service. Added link to the Fortify Project Website on the Security FAQ page Added documentation on the Password/PIN FAQ and the Borrower Login Help page referencing school and account numbers. Change the topic on the Borrower page to make it more clear to borrowers where to find their School code, account number and PIN.

06-13-2000	Split the revision archive by year to make loading faster. Archives are available for: 2000, 1999, 1998. Added Dear Borrower letters to the Borrower page. Added the new Prom Note Addendum to the Dear Borrower letters page. Added News item #29 to notify clients of the ECSI Prom Note Addendum services. Added News item #30 announcing the dates for the 2001 User Conference. Added News item #31 announcing the changes to the prom note to borrowers.
05-31-2000	Updated the Rehabilitation Benefits "Dear Borrower" letter. Added some of the 2000 User Conference slide shows. We are working on the remaining shows and the audio.
05-26-2000	Added Rehabilitation Benefits to the Borrower Letters page. Dear Borrower Letters are no longer premium content so that borrowers may now view these letters. Added Rehabilitation Notice (client version) news item for clients. Added Rehabilitation Notice (borrower version) news item for borrowers. Added Borrower Links to Links Page. This replaces the old Students Links page. Added the Federal Register and NASULGC to the Student Loan Links page. Added Perkins Direct Loan Becomes NDSL, Proposed Nondiscrimination Rulemaking, Privacy of Consumer Financial Information and Amendments to the Federal Perkins Loan Program Regulations to the Regulations page.

05-16-2000	Updated the link on the Student Links Page to the Perkins Teacher Cancellations (1999-2000). Correct typo on Password/PIN Frequently Asked Questions. Added a note to the ACH brochure (HTML version) to warn borrowers that ACH is only available when their account is current. Also corrected the link to the PDF documents. Borrower's My Account page Added the PDF versions of ACH Application, Deferment, Cancellation and Forbearanceforms Made the help part of the application
05-05-2000	Updated Service Schedule page through August 2000. Added link to the Office of the Ombudsman's web site to Student Loan Links page. The Agency Turnover page is now active. You can find this on the Clients page. Add a Virus FAQ to the Frequently Asked Questions page.

05-03-2000	Modified Student Loan Statute of Limitations. Includes a program update (as of 4-30-2000) and the instructions were corrected to replace setup.exe with saldemo.exe to correct the reference to Regulation Notice 12 (not 18) and add reference to Regulation Notice 2
05-01-2000	Update the SAL for Windows Demo. Includes a program update (as of 4-30-2000) and the instructions were corrected to replace setup.exe with saldemo.exe. Also add instructions for saving security files during conversion. Update the instructions for Interfacing SAL to Microsoft Access and also updated the Access Database. Added a reference to the PDF FAQ on the Borrower Forms page. Numbered the following documents to make them easier to follow: FAQ: Security Issues, FAQ: Password/PIN, FAQ: PDF Documents. Added the following help files to the borrower section: Borrower Login, Last Account Balance. Fixed the link to Canada 411 on the Collections and Skip Trace links page.

04-17-2000	Add Verisign verification to Site Credits. Add client demo account to My Account service on the Borrower page. Corrected minor, cosmetic changes to the Update Information and Notify Me forms in the borrower's Borrower section. Added surveys to the bottom of the new documents added on 4-16-2000.
04-16-2000	Completely redesigned Borrower section of our web site. Add news item announcing New Borrower Internet Services. Add regulation item announcing Department of Education's Office of the Ombudsman. Add borrower news item announcing Office of the Ombudsman. Updated ECSI's general Privacy Statement. Added ECSI's Borrower Privacy Statement. Move the forms: ACH, Deferment, Cancellation and Forbearance to the Borrower Forms page. Renamed the Student Links page to Borrower Links to eliminate confusion with the Student Loans Links page. Add documentation for borrowers on the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997. Add a separate news index for Borrowers and Agencies to make finding relevant news easier. NOTE: Clients will continue to receive all news releases on the main News Index. 04-13-2000	Add news item: Electronic Agency Interface announcement. Opened up the Agency section of our web site. The final Agency Application is now available. Add the HTML version of our ACH Application to our search engine and sitemap. Removed the modified Customer Service hours notification on our Home Page and Borrower Page.
04-05-2000	Added the 2000 Conference Itinerary. Added the COHEAO Teleseminar description to the 2000 Conference pages
04-03-2000	Added two new sites to the Collections and Skip Tracing links page.
03-31-2000	Added the Itinerary ECSI's 2000 Users Conference. Added a notice on the Home Page and Borrower Page announcing the change in hours on April 10, 2000. Corrected the missing path in the FTP instructions on the SAL for Windows Demonstration page. Changed the links on the Downloads page to stop the multiple password request. Added a Software index page.
03-30-2000	Released a new version of the SAL for Windows Demonstration package. Made the Customer Service link more prominent on the Borrower page. Also added a link to FinAid's financial aid calculators page. Modified 2000 User Conference information. Several errors in the Table of Contents Help page have been corrected. The community statement was removed, missing categories were added (agencies, y2k, search), bulleting board removed from products section, a bad link was repaired and several descriptions were updated to reflect the site's organizational changes.

All 1998 and 1999 news items have been moved to the News Archive.
