April 13, 2000 As described at our 2000 User Conference, agencies will be provided with two levels of service. Option one is a free service which enables an agency to simply download their monthly and entire inventory. The advantage of this service is faster delivery of information to the agency. Option two is a more comprehensive service which enables an agency to receive their information on a daily basis for a slight fee. All information provided can also be viewed on-line using only an industry-standard browser. Future enhancements to this option will include on-line inquiry of account status and broader access to additional information such as past address information. Regardless of the level of service the agency selects, new information is generally available to the agency within five minutes of ECSI completing the agency turnover process. ECSI has several agencies that have agreed to participate in this pilot program.
