ECSI has added a new section to our site for legislative bulletins. We think this will help keep our clients better informed of pending or proposed legislation that may effect them. Also, it helps to better organize the information we need to disseminate to our clients.

Including the new legislation section, there are now four primary areas in which ECSI will notify clients of important information:

• News: We currently provide this section to provide the latest information concerning our web site, software and services. In addition, we also provide separate News pages on our site for borrowers and collection agencies.
• Regulations: provides information on regulations concerning loans, tax benefits, reporting requirements, etc.
• Legislation: information about pending or proposed rules and regulations
• Site Changes: a record of all changes made to the web site and the date on which they occurred

For clients who have requested to be notified of changes to our site, regulations and legislation will be treated as one topic. If you have selected to be notified when regulations are updated, you will also receive notification when the legislation section is updated.
