12-22-1999	Added December 17 News Item announcing ECSI's addition to Department of Education's Y2K Honor Roll.
12-07-1999	Borrower Page Hyphens are now optional when checking your student loan. The Login help documentation has been updated to reflect the program changes. Also the privacy paragraph has been expanded to reflect questions ECSI has received from borrowers.
11-26-1999	Added more areas to the Site Help page. Borrower Page Correct problem that caused the list of forms to display incorrectly in some browsers. Added a reference to news items. This will link only to news items that is relevant to borrowers. Added Customer Service and Webmaster addresses.

Added past years to the Campus-based Dear Colleague Letters. Added 1999-2000 Perkins Teacher Cancellation Links. Also added 1997-1998 and 1998-1999 links. 11-22-1999	Added Deferment, Cancellation and Forbearance forms to Borrower page. Also, updated the IRS Form W9S to reflect the tax year 1999 revision. Added November 22 News Item announcing CD Reports replacing micro-fiche. Added November 22 News Item announcing Borrower Forms Available Electronically. Closed SAL for Windows Beta/Preview. Restored hidden link to Beta section on Client page. Correct more omissions in the Sitemap.
11-10-1999	Added November 10 News Item announcing the 2000 User Group meeting. Corrected the link to the 1999-2000 Student Financial Aid Handbook on the Student Loan Links page. Put a notice about the November 16 Internet outage on the Home Page. Correct omissions in the Sitemap. Changed references from Students to Borrower in several places. Borrowers are complaining that they cannot find the information intended for them.
10-19-1999	Added September-October Newsletter. Updated Service Schedule. Added October 19 News Item. Updated building picture on the About Us page in the products section. Updated many of the links that have changed on the Y2k Links Page.
09-27-1999	Added Dear Colleague Letters and National Student Loan Clearinghouse to Student Loan Links page. Added News Item: ECSI's New Facility. Change to new street address on Contacts page.
06-16-1999	Added news item: Web Site Update Notification. Made changes to the Client Application. See Release Notes for full information.
05-24-1999	Updated the SAL for Windows Preview to include the newest demonstration data. See: SAL for Windows Preview page. Add NetMeeting troubleshooting page.
05-20-1999	Added WinSAL Release Notes to SAL for Windows Preview page. Fixed title of Client page so search engine displays correct results.
05-19-1999	Added news item for WinSAL Preview release. Added link to WinSAL Preview page on the Client page. Change the Transmission topic to include all communication issues on the SAL HelpDesk main page. Add Remotely Possible page to SAL HelpDesk Communications page.
05-18-1999	Added the ability to view student's account information to the Client Application. Also note, revision notes are now available for all changes to the application. They can be found on the Master Menu page. All prior modifications are reflected in the notes.
05-11-1999	Updated Service Schedule page. Added March-April Newsletter.

02-26-1999	Added January-February 1999 Newsletter. Changed Downloads page to point to new ip addresses. This is a temporary fix until the DNS servers recognize our new IP address. Until then, it will allow all clients to benefit from the faster T1 line. Added T1 announcement (Full Text).
