Some portions of the ECSI Web site are not available to the general public. These areas have been designated as premium content and are identified by the key graphic . Clicking on the key graphic will present this help page.

In order to access these areas of the site, you will need the user ID and password that ECSI assigned to you or your site. If you do not know your ID or password, contact your supervisor. If your site has not been assigned an account, contact Webmaster@ecsi.net.

The ID and password will work all parts of the web site, including the download directories. You use the same password for all our web-based services.

When attempting to access premium content, you will be prompted for your ID and password. These are case-sensitive so please use care when providing them. Your browser will use a secure Challenge/Response protocol if supported. Otherwise, your information is transmitted using clear text.

It is always a good policy to change your password on a periodic basis. The Password Change page has been provided to allow you to maintain your password (even ECSI personnel cannot retrieve your password).

If you forget your password, please contact ECSI's customer service or the Webmaster. You will be issued a new password.
