There are three ways to gain access to your account.

1. Reset My Password
   If you have changed your password but cannot remember it, you can have the password reset to the PIN number that ECSI originally assigned. To complete this form, you will need your school code, account number and PIN.
2. Email My Password
   If you have registered your Email address using our Update Information feature, you can have your password send to you by Email. You will need your school code and account number to complete this form. If you have failed to register an email address, you cannot use this form.
3. Login Problem Report
   If you believe you are using the correct information and cannot access your account, use our Web form to report the problem to our Webmaster. Problems are usually resolved within one business day.
