Today ECSI has added LiveHelper to our list of electronic customer service offerings. LiveHelper enables a borrower to be
instantly connected to one of ECSI's customer service representatives using only their web browser.
LiveHelper enables a borrower to send text messages to an ECSI representative and receive answers back using any modern version of Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. It provides
an enormous benefit to borrowers because they can get help right now, right from the page on our site they are viewing.
Questions our reps can answer range from simple questions about the web site (where can I find the deferment forms) to specific issues relating to their account (such as the status of a deferment).
LiveHelper is already used by many companies. Most notably on their reference list is PSInet, one of the larger, nationwide Internet Service Providers (ISP).
ECSI's other electronic customer services include a series of self-help documents and forms; comment, complaint and request forms; and Email support.
While all these services are electronic, there is an intrinsic delay in those technologies. LiveHelper fills the void by providing
real-time access to our customer service, without the cost of the phone call.
We hope that you find this new feature useful. As always, if you have any comments or suggestions, please send them to Webmaster@ecsi.net.
