Webinars: The Heartland ECSI education and training process will familiarize new users with our systems and features, and will provide refresher training for experienced users. Our 20+ instructor-led webinars are offered once a month. Space is limited and registration is first-come, first serve.
User Guides: ECSI's User Guides are the same manuals that we use in our instructor-led training sessions. You can use them to learn all of the basic concepts needed to use a product.
Job Aids: Job Aids are one or two-page "cheat sheets" that outline a specific process.
