March 17, 2003 The Department of Education has released a "Dear Colleague Letter" announcing changes to the 2004-2005 FISAP for the Federal Perkins Loan Program and other programs. The changes pertain the reporting of Total and Permanent Disability discharge claims for the 2004-2005 award year.
