November 08, 2002 The Department of Education has released a "Dear Colleague Letter" concerning Information about the 2002-2003 supplemental campus-based award process. The letter contains information about how a school knows that they received supplemental awards, where they can receive information about their award, and an explanation of how the funds were awarded.
