05/22/2007 New Secure Forms Options In an effort to streamline the communication of issues from our clients, we have added more options to our Secure Forms application in our Client On-line Services. The new options are File Transfer Notification, Customer Service Issues, and Operations Issues. As with the other Secure Forms options, you can rest assured that your request will be transferred to the correct department at ECSI for processing in a secure method. As many of you know, email is not a secure means of sending confidential information, which is the reason for the Secure Forms application. By using Secure Forms, your confidential information is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. The File Transfer Notification Form should be used to notify us that you have transmitted a file to our FTP site for processing. The form asks for the File Type and an optional File Name. There is also a comments field for adding special handling instructions or additional information about the File that you transferred. The Customer Service Issues and Operations Issues forms are for requesting typical tasks for the respective departments. Each form has a list of the tasks and a comments field for additional information related to the task. For example, one of the Customer Service tasks is to update demographics information. To send this requests via Secure Forms, choose "Demographics Change" from the Issue selection list, and enter the updated information in the comments field.
