03/05/2007 Daylight Savings Time Updates Complete ECSI has completed updates to our computer systems to accomodate the changes to Daylight Savings Time (DST) that have been mandated in the United States by the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Starting in 2007, this act changes the start and stop dates for DST from previous years. Our computer systems have been updated with the new start and stop dates for DST.
