07/07/2006 ECSI Begins Scanning Paperwork Starting this week ECSI began scanning paperwork (deferments, cancellations, name changes, address changes, etc.) sent to us for processing. These documents are then posted to the Client Website in the Scanner Images area. The goal of this project is to eliminate the weekly envelopes mailed to your office and store all paperwork forever in an electronic format. As we add more types of paperwork to the list that we can scan, you should slowly see your envelopes disappear. We started with a small list of paperwork that we can scan, so most of you will still be receiving the standard envelope for the next month or so. If you need help accessing the Scanner Images area, please contact our Operations department at operations@ecsi.net. We hope this makes your lives a little easier with less manual filing in your office.
