11/23/2005 Postage Increase January 2006 It has always been our policy at ECSI to maintain our fixed costs as best we can for you, our clients. However, we have no control over the cost of postage or changes in Federal regulations. As you may be aware, the U.S. Post Office will be increasing first class postage by two (2) cents effective January 2006. Due to the increase in first class postage ECSI is forced to increase its fees for borrowers in repayment and perpetual billing by two (2) cents, all other fees remain the same. ECSI's charge for perpetual billing is the cost of postage. This change will take effect on your January invoice. Please notify your Purchasing Department of these changes, and we ask that you file any required change orders with your State in an effort to avoid any delays in the processing of our invoices.
