11/23/2005 New Feature in My Account In an effort to keep your borrower records current, we have implemented a new feature in the My Account section of our web site. This is the section of our site where your borrowers go to view the status of their loans, make online payments, or view other loan information (such as promissory notes or tax documents). The first time during a month that a borrower logs in, they will be presented with a page that asks them to "Verify Your Information." This page will appear instead of the My Account Menu. It will present the same information available on the "Update My Information" page except in report format. The borrower will be presented with two choices. If the information is correct, the borrower can select a link to proceed to the My Account menu. If they need to correct any of the information presented, they will have the opportunity to proceed to the "Update My Information" page, where they can update their address, phone number, and email. To make this as unobtrusive as possible, we will only present the "Verify Your Information" page once per month. We value your opinions.
