06/09/2005 Department of Education Dear Partner Letter The Department of Education has sent a Dear Partner Letter informing schools that the DOE has completed the 2003-2004 Campus-Based Awards Closeout. The letter has a Questions and Answers section that answers frequently asked questions and provides contact information for more questions.
