06/09/2005 Department of Education Dear Partner Letter The Department of Education has sent a Dear Partner Letter informing schools of minor changes to the Fiscal Operations Report and Application to Participate (FISAP) for the 2005-2006 reporting year. Changes to the FISAP include changes to instructions for the sake of clarity, the deadline for submitting the FISAP (September 30, 2005), and the use of OPEID rather than Campus-Based Serial Number.
