04/19/2004 Department of Education Dear Colleague Letter The Department of Education has released a Dear Colleague Letter stating that they have finished the close-out of all 2002-2003 campus-based awards. According to the letter, the award adjustment will appear on each institutions Electronic Statement of Account on the eCampus-Based web site.
