ECSI uses Boldchat for Live Customer Service

On February 17, 2004, ECSI changed providers of the Live Customer Service feature on our website to Boldchat. The Live Customer Service feature is a one-on-one chat with a customer service representative at ECSI. Using Live Customer Service via Boldchat requires only a web browser, and can be accessed from the borrower section of our website.

Borrower's can ask any question from "Where are the deferment forms on your Website" to "What is the balance on my loan."
