New Premium Service for Agencies Released

On February 1, 2004, ECSI released our Premium Service for Agencies. This is a major revision to the functionality available. Our Premium Service will be released in two phases. Phase I is available now and includes the following features:

  1. Account Inquiry: Using a Social Security Number, you can retrieve current information on an account. You can view (a) the last twelve transactions, including payments; (b) all transactions on this account; and (c) all student and reference address information which includes all past addresses on file!
  2. On-Line Placement Report: This replaces the previous "paper-based" report that was prepared weekly or monthly. You can now retrieve your placements on a daily basis if you desire! You have the option to select any range of days up to a full month. No longer worry about missing one day/week. You can produce your placement report for any time period to cover any unexpected disruption in your schedule (Internet connection down, company meeting, etc.)
    You also have the ability to view your placement report as an actual report, suitable for printing, --or-- you can produce your inventory in a raw data format, suitable for importing into Excel, Access or other applications.
  3. Payments Processed by ECSI: This is a report of payments received at ECSI which the agency most likely does not know about. You can now identify payments that should have been sent to your agency as they occur. You can produce a report of payments for any date range, up to one month at a time.
  4. Finally, the "Placement" and "Payments Processed by ECSI" reports can include All clients on the same report (possibly the most requested enhancement). While that may be the most common way to retrieve information, we still permit the ability to view these reports for an individual client.
Development of Phase Two is nearing completion and will be deployment prior to our 2004 user conference. We think you will find the Phase II enhancements as significant as those released in Phase I.
