August, 19 2003 The Federal Perkins Master Promissory Note is now available for review. Recently released by the Department of Education, the Perkins MPN can be downloaded from ECSI by clicking on the link below. The Department of Education also stated in the Dear Colleague Letter releasing the Perkins MPN that there would be further instructions available soon.
