March 17, 2003 ECSI is pleased to announce an additional service available to our clients. You can now review images of payments processed at ECSI using the "Client" portion of our web site. ECSI began scanning payments in February 2002. All images captured since that time are available on our web site. The images include front and back of the payment stubs and the actual check Follow these procedures to review images of cash processed at ECSI:
You will be requested to provide an account number. After you have provided an account number that has scanned images on file, you are presented with a list which includes date, amount and check number. A link is available next to the check number for each image on file (page 1, page 2, etc.) The images provided are "Tiff" images. You will need to upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer 6.0 to use Microsoft's embedded viewer. You can also download a free viewer from our site (see instructions for more details) which works with all versions of Internet Explorer and all versions of Netscape Navigator except version 6.x.
