As part of our Electronic Billing and Payment initiative, ECSI is pleased to
announce the final component of our Electronic Billing (Ebill) service.
Participants can now request to receive an E-mail notice when their bill is
ready, instead of the traditional paper statement. Because E-mail is an
insecure medium, ECSI has removed all personal and financial information from this E-mail notice.
All information is protected using secure pages on our web site.
To join our Ebill program, one need only select that they desire electronic
bill notices and provide an E-mail address. Within a short time, they will
receive an E-mail confirming that they have been signed up for electronic
bill notices.
When bills are prepared by ECSI, the participant will receive an E-mail
informing them that a new billing statement is available. The E-mail will
contain a link back to ECSI's site. By clicking on the link, they will be
prompted for their password. Once provided, they are taken directly to their
statement. The process can be completed in two clicks!
Electronic Billing notices are sent immediately after the statements have
been prepared at ECSI. The benefit to the recipient is that bills can be
reviewed faster than ever. Electronic billing notices are also ecologically
friendly. Each Ebill notice saves three pieces of paper.
We hope you find our electronic billing process useful. If you have any
comments about our new process, please pass them along to Webmaster@ecsi.net.
