June 13, 2001 ECSI has made a change to the agency portion of our web site. The entire section of the site has now been converted to use only secure pages. This will apply equally to all on-line reports being viewed, the compressed version of the reports used for downloading or the raw data files used to import into your system. Because of the sensitive nature of the information, we felt it was essential to ensure that every area of the agency site be as secure as possible. This change also paves the way for the new on-line services that will be offered in the coming months. If you are using an old version of a web browser, you may receive an error message when trying to enter your agency page. In order to resolve the problem, you will need to update to a later version of your browser. Most version 4 browsers from either Netscape or Microsoft will not experience a problem.
