ECSI is pleased to announce the return of our electronic customer service tool. LiveHelper is a small application which can connect you to one of our customer service representatives. It works directly with most modern browsers.

You will find a link to LiveHelper on several pages through our site. You will also find it in the table of contents (on the left).

LiveHelper is a one-on-one service. All conversations are directly between you and a customer service representative. In other words, this is not an open chat room. Knowing that your conversation is private should make you feel comfortable discussing your problems with the representative.

ECSI is interested in receiving comments or suggestions to improve our services. If you have a comment, complaint or suggestion concerning any of our Internet services, please contact our Webmaster at Webmaster@ecsi.net.
