ECSI has had several students report that they were assigned a three-digit school number on their recent bill. Students trying to check their loan status
were unable to complete the task because the form supports only two-character school codes.
After investigation, we have determined that an error in the billing process caused the school number to be printed incorrectly. The problem only effected the school code,
the rest of the bill is correct. The problem has been fixed and future billings should show the correct information.
If the school code printed on your bill has only two characters, this message does not apply. If you have three digits for a school code, you must use the instructions below
to 'decode' the school code.
Replace the first two digits according to the following:
99 = A
98 = B
97 = C
96 = D
95 = E
94 = F
For example: If the school code on your bill was 972, the correct value is C2. Use the corrected value on the Student Login form.
