How Do You Enroll?
Any parent, guardian or student at Benedictine College is eligible to enroll in a Tuition Payment Plan but plans must be established in the name of the student, using the students Social Security Number and the students Benedictine College student ID. To establish an account, simply complete an application and pay the application fee along with your first payment. To complete the application:
- On-line: You may enroll on-line at http://www.ecsi.net/tpp/u4-index.html. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from ECSI when your application is completed. Please also send a copy of the confirmation with the student to campus to serve as TPP enrollment verification.
- Paper application: You may print a paper application from http://www.ecsi.net/tpp/u4-index.html. Complete and mail it along with your enrollment fee and first payment to: Heartland ECSI/Benedictine College TPP, PO Box 718, Wexford, PA 15090. Application, enrollment fee and the first payment must be mailed to ECSI and not to Benedictine.
Plan Amount?
You will need to refer to a copy of the student estimated bill or statement available through the students OASIS account at www.benedictine.edu; choose Estimated Tuition Worksheet or Statement by term under the Financial tab. Please review the statement closely to verify all information is correct before relying on the amounts to set up your payment plan.
How Do You Make Payments?
Statements will be sent to you from ECSI the end of each month. At the time of enrollment, you may choose statements electronically or by mail; default is electronic. The first payment for fall term is due August 1; the first payment for spring term is due January 1. After the first payment of each semester, payments are due on the 15th of each month; reminders will be forwarded for payments past due. You may make payments by check, arrange for automatic bank drafts via ACH, or pay by credit card (Mastercard & Discover); a convenience fee is assessed for card payments. Delinquent payments are subject to late payment fees and put the payment plan in jeopardy as well as the students ability to progress through enrollment.
- By Check: Checks Payable to Benedictine College TPP and mail to Heartland ECSI/Benedictine College TPP, PO Box 718, Wexford, PA 15090
- By ACH (automatic bank draft): Call ECSI TPP Customer Care toll-free at 1-866-927-1438 Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. ET, to arrange for an automatic charge to your bank account or follow and complete the instructions on the application.
- By Credit Card: Call ECSI at 1-866-927-1438 during the above business hours or follow and complete the instructions on the TPP application. Recurring monthly payments cannot be established using credit cards. Convenience fees will be charged by Educational Billing Services (EBS) when paying by card.
