| Resolution: | Web site was generally accepted as an improvement. Organization issues
have been resolved. Content issues continue to be under evaluation and
will be enhanced as time permits. Overwhelming support to keep graphics
to the minimum to speed content delivery.
Add a feedback mechanism (under development) which will allow you to rate content for usefulness. A site survey is also under development to formalize feedback concerning the web site in general. Feedback mechanism was added to all helpdesk and "technical" content. |
