Many visitors are confused at which section of the web site they should be using. This document will attempt to help you select the right area.

Do you have educational loans and debts? Does ECSI send you billing or account statements for educational debts? Are you looking for information concerning your account (such as loan information, a form, etc)?
If you answered Yes to any of these questions, you should proceed to the Borrower section. The borrower section of the site contains the information relevant to you.
[Tuition]
Are you using a Tuition Time Payment Plan to pay for your current tuition? Does ECSI send you billing or account statements for tuition?
If you answered Yes to either question, you should proceed to the Tuition section.
[Clients]
Are you a university, college or other post-secondary school? Does ECSI process the billing and/or payments for student debts you have issued? Do you currently have or have an interest in purchasing our SAL software?
Are you involved in Financial Aid disbursement or repayment?
If you answered Yes to any of these questions, you should proceed to the client section.
[Agencies]
Are you in the business of pursuing and collecting past due debts on behalf of a school?
If you answered Yes, you should proceed to the agency section of our web site.
