FFEL and Direct Loan Variable Interest Rates effective July 1, 2005

The Department of Education has announced new interest rates for Stafford and PLUS loans disbursed on or after July 1, 1998. The interest rates go into effect on July 1, 2005. The rates vary from 2.77% to 6.1%.
