1. Enrollment. Enrollment in the West Shore Community College MPP is accomplished by completing, signing and returning the application to Advanced Education Services along with your first monthly payment plus the application fee of $30.00 prior to 4/1/2007. For enrollment instruction after 4/1/2007, please refer to the instructions on the application. You may also enroll on-line at www.westshore.edu. If you enroll after the 10th of any month, a statement will not be sent to you for the first payment. In this case, you are responsible for making the first payment online or mailing the payment to: MPP/WSCC, 181 Montour Run Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108. (Please make all checks payable to WSCC.)
   
   
2. Budget Amount/Payments. The total amount for the semester is payable in four (4) equal installments if you enroll prior to the 4/1/2007 deadline. Late enrollment is permitted however, it will reduce your number of payments. All payments will be due on the first day of each month. Refunds to participants for any reason will be handled through normal College refund and credit procedures.
   
   
3. Fees and Other Charges. The $30.00 enrollment fee is non-refundable. AES will assess a $30.00 service charge against your account for any payment returned for insufficient funds (NSF) or which is not collectible for any other reason. AES will assess your account a $20.00 late fee for each payment not received by the due date. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you elect to charge your monthly payments to a credit card, there will be payment processing fee equal to 3% plus $1.00 added to your credit card account for each monthly charge.
   
   

LATE ENROLLMENT IN THE PLAN IS PERMITTED BUT WILL INCREASE YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS.

Late enrollment in the plan is accomplished by dividing your TOTAL PAYMENT PLAN AMOUNT from your worksheet on the following page by the appropriate number of remaining payments in the plan shown in the table below.

PAYMENT PLAN ENROLLMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 6/1/2008.
