  1. Enrollment. Enrollment in TPP is accomplished by completing, signing and submitting the online application, together with payment for the total amount of the first month’s installment and the application fee of $45.

  2. Budget Amount/Payments. The total budgeted amount is payable in equal monthly installments due on the 1st day of each month beginning with your initial payment and $45 nonrefundable application fee. Determine the number of payments for which you are eligible using the plans listed below:


    12 Month Plan (April to March) 12
    11 Month Plan (May to March) 11
    10 Month Plan (June to March) 10
    9 Month Plan (July to March) 9
    8 Month Plan (August to March) 8
    4 Month Fall Plan (August to November) 4
    4 Month Spring Plan (January to April) 4


  3. Fees and Other Charges. The $45 application fee is non-refundable. ECSI will impose a service charge of $30 for any check which is returned for insufficient funds or which is not collectible for any other reason. ECSI will impose a $20 handling fee for payments received after the due date.

  4. TPP Address. All checks should be made payable to the DeSales University and sent to the following address:

  5. Failure to Pay. In the event of failure of a participant to pay any installment within 15 days of the due date, DeSales University will be notified of the failure and enrollment in the plan may be terminated. The standard University policies will apply for refunds or handling past due accounts. ECSI is not responsible for any action of the University taken for, against, or with respect to the participant or the student for whom amounts are budgeted, including but without limitation, suspension, termination or other sanctions.

  6. Direct Payment Option. Participants who wish to have their monthly payments automatically deducted from their checking or savings account should sign up for the Direct Payment Option once they have been given access to ECSI's online "My Account" website.

  7. Credit Card and Instant e-Check Payments. Payments can also be made by credit card or e-Check directly from the ECSI "My Account" website. A convenience fee is assessed on all credit card or e-Check transactions. The amount of the convenience fee is detailed during the on-line payment procedure.
