Tuition Payment Plan

An Alternative

The DeSales University Tuition Payment Plan, TPP, provides an alternative to large lump sum payments each semester, enables families to preserve accumulated assets and serves to assist traditional financial aid sources that are shrinking because of new federal regulations.


Monthly Payments

TPP enables families to make regularly scheduled monthly installment payments. In addition, TPP allows parents to determine how much of tuition, room and board, and fee charges they may want to pay in installments. This feature will afford families the ability to budget costs as best fits their circumstances.

Payments can be made by check or money order, or deducted from your checking or savings account using the Direct Payment Option. If you wish to use the Direct Payment Option, please sign up once you have been given access to ECSI's online "My Account" website. Payments can also be made by credit card or e-Check directly from the ECSI "My Account" website. A convenience fee is assessed on all credit card or e-Check transactions. The amount of the convenience fee is detailed during the on-line payment procedure.


No Interest Charges

TPP enables you to defer all or a portion of your tuition, room and board, and fee charges to be paid in regularly scheduled monthly payments without interest or carrying charges. The only cost is a $45 Tuition Payment Plan Application Fee to cover the administrative costs associated with the plan.


Here's How to Enroll

  1. Complete the online worksheet to determine the amount of tuition, fees, room and board you want to pay in regularly scheduled interest free payments.
  2. Determine the number of monthly payments you wish to make using the plans below.
    12 Month Plan (April to March) 12
    11 Month Plan (May to March) 11
    10 Month Plan (June to March) 10
    9 Month Plan (July to March) 9
    8 Month Plan (August to March) 8
    4 Month Fall Plan (August to November) 4
    4 Month Spring Plan (January to April) 4



  3. Complete the online application. Enter the amounts from the online worksheet in the corresponding fields on the Online TPP Application. Submit the application, and make your first payment, which includes your first installment payment and application fee.

Your remaining payments will be due on the 1st day of each month.


Late Enrollment

If you are enrolling in a plan after the date that the plan starts, you must submit the online application together with the $45 application fee and the number of payments equal to the number of months that have past since the start date of the plan.
