Tuition Payment Plan Brochure
Our interest-free Tuition Payment Plan (TPP), administered by Educational Computer
Systems, Inc. (ECSI), is a convenient alternative to a single lump-sum payment to meet
your college expenses each term. Benedictine College is pleased to offer the Tuition
Payment Plan options as a means to make education manageable in your family's monthly
budget. Please choose the plan that best suits your individual budget needs.

How Do You Enroll?
Any parent, guardian or student at Benedictine College is eligible to enroll in a
Tuition Payment Plan but plans must be established in the name of the student, using
the student's Social Security Number, and the student's Benedictine College student ID.
To establish an account, simply complete an application and pay the application fee
along with your first payment. To complete the application:
- Apply online at www.benedictine.edu; the Student Billing Quick Link and follow
instructions under the Extended Payment Plan Option. You may also access via the ECSI
website at www.ecsi.net, choose "Student" then "Apply for a Tuition Payment Plan", and
click on Benedictine College. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from ECSI when
your application is completed; print a copy for your records. Please also send a copy
of the confirmation with the student to campus to serve as TPP enrollment verification
- You may complete a paper application and mail it, along with your enrollment fee and first
payment to: ECSI/Benedictine College TPP, 181 Montour Run Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108-9408.
Paper applications are available by following the above information but printing the
application rather than completing on-line. Application, enrollment fee and the first
payment must be mailed to ECSI.
Budget Amount?
You will need to refer to a copy of the student account statement mailed to you by Benedictine
College in order to determine the amount you need to budget on your Tuition Payment Plan.
Copies of this statement are also available through the College's OASIS link available at
www.benedictine.edu.; you will need the ID/log-on provided you for registration purposes. Please
review the statement closely to verify all information is correct before relying on the amounts to
set up your payment plans. If you are using the 9- or 10-month plan, you must double the
amount reflected on the BC Tuition Worksheet to have the appropriate academic year total due.
You may include the parking permit fee ($100) in your payment plan along with regular
tuition, room, board, and fees.
How Do You Make Payments?
Statements will be sent to you the end of each month. At the time of enrollment, you may choose
statements by mail or choose to receive them electronically. Payments are due on the 15th of each
month; reminders will be forwarded for payments 15 days past due. You may make payments by check,
arrange for automatic bank drafts via ACH, or pay by credit card (MC, VISA, Discover).
- By Check: Checks Payable to Benedictine College TPP and mail to ECSI/Benedictine
College TPP, 181 Montour Run Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108-9408
- By ACH (automatic bank draft): Call ECSI Customer Care Representative toll-free
at 866-927-1438, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EDT, to arrange for an automatic
charge to your bank account or follow and complete the instructions on the application
(on-line at www.benedictine.edu ; choose the Student Billing Quick Link then Tuition Payment Plan). You
may schedule automatic payments for 1st, 10th, 15th or 20th of the month; please refer
to the Terms & Condition statement for complete details.
- By Credit Card: Call ECSI at 866-927-1438 during the above business hours or follow
and complete the instructions on the TPP application or choose the Tuition Payment Plan link
on-line at www.benedictine.edu/registration and follow the instructions. Recurring monthly
payments cannot be established using credit cards.

ECSI customer care representatives are available Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. ET by
calling toll-free 866-927-1438. They will receive your application, send you your monthly TPP payment
plan bill, and receive payments for credit to your TPP account.
ECSI representatives cannot answer specific questions about BC tuition, room, board, fees and
miscellaneous charges, financial aid, etc. Please refer those questions to Benedictine College
Business during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CDT, Monday - Friday
