Any parent, guardian or student at Whitworth University is eligible for this plan. By joining the Tuition Payment Plan, you are able to pay your tuition on a monthly schedule instead of one lump sum each term. Upon receipt of your application and fee, ECSI will automatically establish your account and notify the college of your participation in the plan.

We offer monthly automatic deductions from a personal bank account (ACH) and on-line payment. If you are interested in one of these payment options you can visit the ECSI website [www.ecsi.net] for more details.

This is an interest free plan. You can participate in this plan and pay monthly without accruing interest, by making your scheduled monthly payments on time.

As a plan participant, you make equal monthly payments beginning as early as June 1. Please see the table that follows for the payment schedule options.

Please note that payments are due on the first of every month. Accounts with payments not received by the first of the month may be subject to account termination. If your account is closed, you are required to pay all charges, including fees, to Whitworth University at that time.

ECSI provides a detailed status of your account to Whitworth University each month.

To enroll online, go to www.ecsi.net and click on the Students link, click on "Apply for Monthly Tuition Payment Plan," and select Whitworth University from the list of schools. If you do not have internet access, or prefer to complete a paper version of the application, please call ECSI at 866-927-1438.

Once you are enrolled in the plan, you will receive an e-mail from ECSI. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
