Web Browsers
Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator are the two most popular
browsers available. While each has a common core of features, they also provide
different enhanced capabilities. The one you pick is probably dependent on what
the rest of your site is using.
Remote Control
It is frequently advantageous to be able to connect to a client's desktop when trying to analyze or debug a problem. These products assist in performing remote control.

- Zebedee Home Page       Download -- Enables clients to secure the connections made with VNC or other applications.

FTP Clients
There are many popular FTP clients. An FTP client even comes with each version of Windows 95/98/NT.
While Microsoft's client is completely functional, there are many other good packages
available which fit different needs. Any of the packages listed can be used to access ECSI's FTP facilities.
Internally we have experience with WS-FTP and Microsoft's FTP client.
