Help: Clear Browser Cache
To speed access to pages you have already visited, your browser often keeps a copy of the page. If you revisit a page that your browser has a copy of, it will be loaded from the local copy, therefore making the
page display much faster. Your browser keeps copies of pages that you visit in a cache.
Storing these pages on a hard disk is normally not a problem, unless of course you have been viewing personal information (such as that presented in the My Account area of this site).
When displaying personal information, we send commands to your browser which request that these 'sensitive' pages not be cached. Unfortunately, not all browsers recognize or react to these commands.
The only way to be sure that any sensitive information is gone is to manually clear the browser cache yourself. The instructions below will assist you to ensure that your personal information stays personal.
Instructions for clearing your cache are presented below for several popular browser vendors and versions.
